About Us:

Luxury Bath of Seattle is a local growing Bathroom Remodeling company. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Manager to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various administrative tasks and supporting the financial aspects of our business and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the billing and invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of invoices to clients.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, including tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Supervise a team of 6 employees, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Utilize QuickBooks to maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office and Excel to create spreadsheets & generate reports as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule remodel projects, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Take charge of ordering materials and supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and liaising with suppliers. 
  • Stay on top of all projects schedule and keep it updated on the company system.
  • Schedule Service calls and meetings with clients as needed.
  • Prepare sales agent salaries. 
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments from different potential sources of leads.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience (4+ years) in office management, with a focus on billing, project management & customers services.
  • Proven expertise in using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team, including conflict resolution and onboarding.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively handle scheduling and supply management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
