Front Desk / Sales Associate

StretchLab is currently seeking a Front Desk / Sales Associate to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. This person will be an integral part of the team as they will engage directly with prospective customers and our current members at the front desk and over the phone.

The ideal candidate is a high energy, people person who has a love for health and fitness; someone who is results driven and as passionate about helping others as we are.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Book and confirm stretch sessions for our current & prospective clients
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients, answer phone inquires, and oversee general studio operations
• Meet or exceed targets for both individual and team goals
• Participate in special events (health fairs, community events, etc.) to promote the studio

• Experience in sales, communication, and customer service
• Excellent at managing and building professional relationships
• Drive to understand and meet client's needs
• Demonstrated ability to exceed expectations
• Proficient computer / software skills
• Dependable with a consistent schedule
