Job Overview
As a member of the Callaway Sales Planning Team, you will get the opportunity to support the sales forecasting process by delivering and implementing comprehensive, actionable data reporting and analysis. Strategic responsibilities will include designing reporting platforms to improve efficiencies across Global Sales Planning. In this role, the individual will collaborate with various internal departments (Category Management, Business Intelligence and analytics, IT, Demand Planning, Finance, etc.), gather business requirements and generate their own ideas, and consult stakeholders around best practices, all to build enhanced forecasting tools, reports, or processes. The incumbent must be both hands-on with data and be able to communicate the results in a way that builds confidence and enables decisions that drive business value. The incumbent must have strong analytical, leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Analyze business results and data trends to build or update forecasts.
- Learn and understand the planning process to identify areas of improvement seeking more efficiency and accuracy.
- Design, build, and standardize planning reports and new processes to be used by all other planners.
- Enhance current reports and processes with continued efficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and numerical data models, understand scenarios and identify root causes, communicate options, and propose solutions.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with knowledge of formulas such as If, SumIf, VLookUp, and Pivot tables. Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience in creating visuals and charts in Excel from scratch. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI will be a plus.
- Knowledge of business modeling and forecasting will be a plus.
- Enrolled in a University or Master’s program in Business and quantitative fields (i.e. Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, etc.)
- Experience in Excel as described above to operate successfully, internship focused on enhancing skillset and business acumen.
- Interest in business and sports. Personal experience with golf will be a plus.
