Base $40,000- $50,000 OTE $80,000-$100,000

Position Overview:
As an SDR, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working to identify and engage with potential customers, driving the growth of our customer base. You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments. If you are passionate about a sales career in SaaS, possess excellent communication skills, and are excited about helping organizations improve their recruiting process, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to identify their needs and promote our solution
  • Qualify and assess the suitability of prospects based on specific criteria
  • Set appointments and product demonstrations for our Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the unique value of our solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in SaaS and recruiting software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a desire to succeed in a sales career
