Our Marketing Department is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proficient communicator. In this role, you will provide significant administrative support and be responsible for assisting the Co-Head of Marketing Operations in executing daily billing and operating procedures, as well as project-oriented tasks that support the department's goals and objectives. We are looking for a candidate who is task-oriented, a fast learner, and has a strong desire to develop and grow.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute small projects to support the Marketing Operations team on a daily/weekly basis.
- Assist with deploying internal newsletter and external emails
- Support with producing reports pulling data across streams of Pardot, Salesforce, and various dashboards
- Supporting the operations team with creating performance reports for various content, emails, and other internal communications
- Support the operations team with firmwide data hygiene, reviewing and updating dashboards
- Opportunity to support other initiatives such as paid placement, content, and social strategies
- Assist with documentation of vendor contracts, including payment schedules.
- Support the Marketing department by collecting receipts and invoices for proper reconciliation of payments in conjunction with our accounting
- Work closely with our accounting department and the various marketing department leads to ensure timely processing and payments to vendors
- Supporting the CMO and the Co-Head of Marketing Operations with budget planning and organization
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and daily requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills, including a proactive orientation.
- Ability to work independently and with others to accomplish project objectives and to advance the Department’s priorities.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and operating in a proactive manner to ensure that deadlines are met and that deliverables reflect input and review from all key stakeholders.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to produce quality written communications such as memos, spreadsheets, presentations, and research reports.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to produce pivot tables and complex financial reporting including visualizing data.
- Experience with email marketing including HTML production, review, and deployment via Pardot or similar platforms.
- Demonstrates a proactive, problem-solver mindset that is comfortable with staying agile and pivot based on team needs and opportunities.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software programs and tools.
- Must possess strong attention to detail.
