Windows Server Administrator

Akkodis is seeking a Windows Server Administrator for a remote contract position with a client located in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate must have experience in Systems Administration including Windows Servers and Routing and Switch management. The Systems Administrator will join a team supporting the upgrade of 300 Windows Servers.

The role is remote, but the client strongly prefers the individual be within 2 hours of Cleveland, OH.

Pay/Salary Range: $55-65/hr W2

Windows Server Administrator job responsibilities include:

• Assist with upgrading Windows servers to a modern version (2022)
• Work in a virtual environment with VMWare
• Support all infrastructure issues such as Cisco Firewalls and Switches, support IIS servers, and Office 365.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7+ years’ experience in System Administration required
• 5+ years' experience in upgrading Windows Server infrastructure
• Progressive experience supporting network firewalls, internet web filtering, email filtering and anti-virus software
