Job Description

StretchLab is seeking a results-oriented, goal-driven General Sales Manager to build the presale membership base and hire a team of Flexologists and Sales Associates to launch 1 or more new StretchLab studios in the East Bay (Oakland/Alameda area). This role is 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management/studio operations. As a deputy to the franchise owner, you will need to earn the respect of our team, build and maintain a network within the local wellness/fitness community, achieve results through both your direct efforts and those of our team, and be able to clearly report on the status of your sales and recruiting approaches.

StretchLab is the industry leader in offering customized assisted-stretch sessions. No two bodies are the same and no two stretches at StretchLab are the same. One-on-one stretching is about identifying tightness and imbalances in the body and customizing a stretch routine.
