Key Responsibilities:

• Researching and evaluating the operation of scientific programs.
• Researching, interpreting, and summarizing background materials from scientific sources.
• Compiling data and creating graphs, slides, and presentations.
• Performing logistical planning for scientific meetings and workshops.
• Planning and organizing technical meetings and consultations.
• Reviewing and evaluating the organization's performance.
• Analyzing existing scientific programs and making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in writing, report generation, and familiarity with NIH grants and funding mechanisms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage agendas and schedules.
• Proficiency in software applications such as Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge in the fields of Community and Public Health, General Medical and Health Services, or Miscellaneous Health Medical Professions would be advantageous.
