Duties:
Managing the execution of client engagements and building out Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory (PV) practice. Responsible for project management execution; presenting analyses and conclusions; acting as the lead professional on engagements; managing client deliverables; participating in diligence meetings; negotiating engagement documents; leading business and financial due diligence sessions; leading the valuation review process; preparing fee proposals to clients, building relationships, and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients. Will have 3-5 direct reports at the Financial Analyst and Associate level and are subordinates. Less than 10% domestic travel required.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent, plus three (3) years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or any finance-related job titles. Experience must include: (1) financial modeling and valuation, statistical analysis, debt and equity financing, risk management, (2) strong command of financial models and ability to build and implement complex numerical models using Excel; (3) calibrating valuation models to incorporate market-based assumptions, and (4) preparing reports and presentations to internal and external audiences.
Salary Range
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$175,000.00-$180,000.00
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the service line and location where this position may be filled.
