Job Description
This position is for a Sr Systems Analyst working in Healthcare Billing for a large Insurance Provider. The Analyst will be responsible for designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements; serving as technical designer to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment; linking Business Analyst needs and Architect definition to technical solutions.
Required Skills -Overall 6 to 8+ years of IT experience
2 to 3+ years of experience developing Oracle database solutions
5 to 6+ years of Systems Analysis of database solutions
Knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle database development and administration
Understanding of SDLC Methodologies - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
Working knowledge of System Performance management
Problem solving and analytical thinking
Strong oral/written communication skills

Be the bridge between teams - development team, DBA team, support team, network team - to ensure applications are developed and deployed as per the processes defined
Conduct initial triage of production support to route appropriately and own the resolution of the support issue.
Do system design to make sure network, architecture, database requirements are being handled
Respond to production incidents and help triage the root case. Work with the appropriate team to find issue resolution.
Required Skills And Experience
Overall 6 to 8+ years of IT experience
2 to 3+ years of experience developing Oracle database solutions
