Bold is looking for a Senior Product Designer to take opportunities and challenges and convert them into validated user experiences so we can efficiently build features that users want.
To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a Senior Product Designer who has a commitment to inclusive design practices while showcasing empathy towards users, and envisions a world world where every aging adult has access to personalized, easy-to-follow online workouts. This is a full time hybrid role based in Los Angeles and will report to our Head of Product.

Compensation:
We're committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $130-155K annually. The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role. You will also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.

To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a Senior Product Designer who has a commitment to inclusive design practices while showcasing empathy towards users, and envisions a world world where every aging adult has access to personalized, easy-to-follow online workouts. This is a full time hybrid role based in Los Angeles and will report to our Head of Product.
As a key member of our Product team, here's what you'll do:
Key Outcomes:
- Partner with the Product Leader and team to understand user needs and create intuitive wireframes and lo-fi concepts that address those needs
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to understand which experiences resonate with members, while iterating on designs or existing features based on user empathy
- Work with the internal team to translate validated concepts/wireframes into visually appealing high fidelity designs
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support during the development process
- Perform QA and usability testing to ensure that the final product meets design specifications and accessibility
- 5+ years experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing your design process, from lo-fi concepts or user flows to wireframes to finalized design. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Product development: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights feature designs. Experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Communication: Ability to effectively articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback. Showcases empathy towards users from diverse backgrounds and a commitment to inclusive design practices
- Organization & Planning: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with front-end development and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers
- Familiarity with usability testing tools
- Experience in healthcare or health-tech at a fast-paced startup work environment
