The Tile Shop is currently hiring a Digital Designer to work in our fun, fast paced corporate work enviroment! This role will help develop concepts, define requirements and work with marketing leads to build and see projects through deployment. The digital designer should utilize established design and user-experience best practices. The digital designer must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. Customer obsession and ability to dive deep into details with exceptional communication skills are essential to success in this role. The digital designer will need to translate business needs into effortless and intuitive end-user focused designs and solutions.
