Job Description Permanent Physical Therapist Opportunity Work for a well-established, physician-owned multi-specialty group in Western Colorado , serving over 55,000 patients across Western Colorado and Eastern Utah. The organization is recognized by the NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home and operates 9 divisions across 4 locations .
