Job Title: IT Project Manager Work Location: Birmingham, AL 35203 Overview: The IT Project Manager will work to make sure our IT practices stay aligned with business needs. Please send me your resume to lmccarron@jsginc.com Rates: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour Local Candidates only; no per diem US Citizen Required Experience: 3-5 Years experience Education: Bachelor's Degree and relevant IT project management experience. Job responsibilities: Responsibilities will include Lead the cross-functional delivery of a range of technology deliverables using advanced negotiation facilitation planning and dependency management techniques. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept creation through implementation. Lead sprint planning and stand-up meetings to facilitate the entire project lifecycle from start to finish. Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex multi-disciplinary technology projects into prioritized and properly scoped plans of action. Create clear visibility into status and progress within the team and for stakeholders. Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks. Define and drive mitigation plans. SKILL SETS & EXPERTISE: Strong analytical Project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results. This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
