Job Description Job Description Earn Your Stripes Coach Earn Your Stripes is not your average workout — it’s a mission. Inspired by military training principles, our program is built around 4–8 minute stations targeting strength, power, endurance, and functional movement. Designed to push boundaries, build grit, and be part of something bigger, this group training experience challenges you in every way. We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and ‘mission-driven’ Fitness Coach to lead from the front and help members “earn their stripes," one station at a time. JOB DESCRIPTION Lead high-energy group training sessions using our station-based Earn Your Stripes format (Potential specialty formats include: Combat Boxing and EYS Core). Coach members through movements with a strong focus on proper form, safety, and consistent motivation. Build camaraderie, foster discipline, and ignite energy in every session. Modify exercises for varying fitness levels and manage group flow. Be a leader — encourage accountability, growth, and transformation inside and outside the gym. Maintain a clean, organized training environment. REQUIREMENTS Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) — Highly Preferred Group fitness coaching experience and/or certification is a plus. Background in military, athletic, or functional training styles is a plus Strong presence and confident leadership skills in front of a group. CPR/AED Certification WHY JOIN US?
