Job Description Job Description Legal Assistant Full-Time | In-Office Only | Santa Monica, CA We are seeking a reliable and motivated Legal Assistant to support our legal administrative, and intake, needs in a busy law firm environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in the legal field. Remote work is not available for this position. Qualifications Customer service or office support experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail, time-management, and organization Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office Willingness to learn and support legal staff as needed Bilingual in Farsi or Spanish preferred (not required) Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors; maintain welcoming reception area Answer and route incoming calls; assist with scheduling and intake forms Collect basic case information and transfer to legal staff for review Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies Assist with preparing and formatting legal and administrative documents Organize and update physical and electronic case files Calendar client meetings, deadlines, and events Communicate professionally with clients and staff Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience Friendly, team-oriented workplace with opportunity to grow in the legal field URGENTLY HIRING – Bilingual in Farsi or Spanish strongly encouraged to apply.
