Seasonal Tax Preparer

Job Description Job Description Duties: Prepare and complete accurate income tax returns for individuals and businesses Utilize tax software to input and calculate tax information Receptionist duties including answering phone calls, waiting on clients, providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns Analyze financial data to identify potential deductions and credits for clients Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation for tax preparation Maintain confidentiality of client information Hours: Tax Season (Feb1 - Apr 15) Up to 50hours/week available Experience: 2-3 years previous experience as a tax preparer or in a similar role Proficient in using tax software and office machines Excellent analytical skills to accurately assess financial data Ability to provide outstanding customer service and resolve client issues effectively If you are detail oriented, have strong analytical skills, and enjoy working with numbers, we encourage you to apply.
