Seeking a "Star" who is confident, knowledgeable, and can handle the pace of a thriving Personal Injury Firm. Serious, well-qualified candidates only. Main responsibilities include: Correspondence with clients, experts, adversaries, and courts Phone work, calendaring, computer work, copying, and scanning Summons and Complaint Service Filing Affidavits of Service and Requests to Enter Defaults Medical Record Acquisition using a vendor's portal to track online Lien Acquisition, such as from Health Insurers, Medicare and Medicaid Basic Pro Forma Motion Assistance Must have excellent typing and computer skills, as well as be able to multitask with ease. 4 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury law firm experience required .
