No design degree required - just the passion to learn and grow. This is an independent sales opportunity where you manage your own territory and schedule, backed by a company that provides training, qualified leads, and full product support. Whether your background is in construction, design, or sales, we’ll train you to become a Certified Trusted Advisor who helps clients upgrade their homes with confidence. You’ll meet homeowners, design smart solutions, and close rewarding projects - without chasing cold leads. EARN WHILE YOU LEARN We invest in the right people. That means you’ll earn income from Day 1 - not after months of unpaid training. $500 Paid Training Bonus ( 4-hour express training available for qualified reps ) $1,200 Onboarding Bonus (total $1,700 in early earnings) After your first successful sale COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ✔ Earn up to 12% in commission with performance bonuses our project ($10,000 – $250,000 average). ✔ Typical industry annual income: $75,000 – $250,000 based on performance. ✔ Room to grow into Team Leader or Division Partner roles Career advancement path to Field Manager and Regional Partner roles.
