Job Description Job Description The Kent Lindley Agency - Farmers Insurance - is one of the best agencies in the Dallas / Fort Worth area and we are seeking a top performing, licensed, insurance sales producer. Our district, 3504, is a President's Council Member, which is ranked in the top 1% of all districts. The Personal Lines New Business Producer (PLNB) is responsible for generating new Farmers personal lines business while upholding agency standards and performance metrics. This position supports agency growth through quality sales, cross-selling, and maintaining strong client relationships. Quote a minimum of 8-10 households a day Closing a minimum of 25% a day Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations Quote and bind policies from multiple carriers using the training provided to you by the University of Farmers and local trainers you will be given access to. Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures Exceed goals given and develop referrals by providing excellent service. Document all client interactions and follow up. Requirements Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license (required). Minimum 3 years of insurance sales experience. Strong, verifiable track record of success. Be prepared to discuss your numbers in an interview: average calls in a day, monthly closing ratio, numbers of policies sold a month. Strong communication, keyboard and consultative sales skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to use virtual tools (Zoom, CRMs, Email). Self-starter with the discipline to meet sales goals Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish) Complete the assessment as soon as possible We seek top salespeople who do what they say they are going to do. Completion of the Assessment is required prior to an interview.
