Junior Accommodation Manager

Requirements: South African citizen (local applicants only) Diploma in Hospitality Management or Facilities Management Proven experience managing facilities, utilities, budgets, SLAs , and staff Strong organisational and communication skills Valid drivers licence Must be willing to live onsite Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily residence operations and maintenance Manage and monitor service providers and maintenance contractors Ensure compliance with SLAs and health & safety standards Control budgets, utilities, and cost efficiencies Supervise staff and ensure high service standards Report on facilities performance and address resident needs promptly Computer literate Strong guest relations Excellent communication skills If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual ready to take on a dynamic role in a residential environment, wed love to hear from you.
