PreOwned Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets. Source and manage quality pre-owned stock. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies. Oversee trade-ins, valuations, and reconditioning processes. Monitor financial and sales performance, ensuring compliance with dealership policies. Management of stock levels Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager within a franchised dealership. Proven ability to manage and grow a successful sales team. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of financial structuring and F&I processes. Valid drivers licence and clear criminal record.
