Job Title: Motor Claims Consultant Report to: Claims Manager Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 years of experience) Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Manage and settle motor claims, including Personal Lines, Commercial Claims, and AGRI claims. Evaluate and make informed decisions on claims settlements with a mandate exceeding R50,000. Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure efficient claim processing. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in motor claims settlement. Experience in a licensed insurer. Experience handling claims exceeding R50,000. RE 5 certification. Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance. FETC In Short-Term Insurance NQF 4. Matric certificate (Essential) Class of Business - Personal Lines. Class of Business - Commercial Lines.
