Job Description

Overview RINA is recruiting for a Junior Process Engineer - Hydra Project (H2 DRP Plant) to join its office in Rome within the Mechanical and Materials Engineering Division. Responsibilities Assist during commissioning and ramp-up phases. Support day-to-day process engineering activities on the DRP plant. Help define, review, and maintain operating procedures and technical documentation. Contribute to process optimization initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing operational costs. Analyze process data and performance indicators to support improvements. Collaborate with teams including R&D, Operations, HSE, and Maintenance in a multidisciplinary environment. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. 0–2 years of experience, preferably in industrial or plant engineering (experience with plant contractors is a plus). Interest in green technologies and hydrogen-based processes.
