To bring this visionary plant to life, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager who thrives on working with advanced automated systems and process technologies. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop and manage plant changes, expansions, renovations, including selection and management of suppliers for each project. Plan and supervise routine and extraordinary maintenance on buildings, facilities, equipment and machinery, ensuring safety, efficiency and on-schedule completion. Manage a team of maintenance technicians (electricians and mechanics), set priorities, organize shifts and oversee activities through formal work permit procedures and LOTOTO requirements. Manage purchasing and stock control of engineering parts/spares, ensuring availability of critical components. Coordinate interventions with external suppliers and contractors. Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement strategies (TPM, Lean Maintenance) to optimize assets throughout their service life. A community where your voice matters and your ideas are essential to our future. YOU BRING Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in maintenance management within chemical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). Strong understanding of utility systems, including HVAC, chillers, CIP, compressed air, and WWTP. Proven experience with advanced automated systems and process technologies. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
