Job Description As a Customer Project Manager at Nokia, you will lead complex customer programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery against contractual obligations while enhancing customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, aligning operational management with Nokia's Mode of Operation to drive efficiency and quality. Your role is pivotal in managing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and coordinating various stakeholders to address challenges proactively. Responsibilities Lead and manage customer programs / projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, proactively addressing changes in cost, scope, schedule, and quality (CSSQ). Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering robust relationships and effectively addressing complaints and requirements. Oversee project financials, ensuring adherence to budget and profitability forecasts while driving continuous quality improvement. Facilitate pre-sales and sales support, providing input on delivery approaches and managing contract execution processes. Conduct thorough risk management to identify and mitigate project risks and seize opportunities for expansion. Guide project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability while performing some line management responsibilities. Ensure effective project closure and handover, including post-evaluation and incorporation of lessons learned for future initiatives. Qualifications Project management experience with a strong background in microwave technology and telecommunications infrastructure deployment. Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications industry, specifically with microwave transmission systems. Strong understanding of microwave radio technologies, network architecture, and deployment methodologies. Ability to understand and analyze customer needs. Knowledge of Nokia products and services. Experience in contract management and renewal. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Languages: English & Italian proficiency. Advanced project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Experience in the telecommunications industry. Familiarity with risk management methodologies. Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams.
