The Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Manager in day-to-day management of employees, business operations, inventory and more. Key Responsibilities Perform with high integrity in company compliance with HQ; Be a role model ensuring the highest level of client service; Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market place; Recruit and train new employees; Manage existing employee schedules and make any needed change; Open and close the store; Evaluate store sales, prepare reports and suggest ways to increase sales and improve business KPIs; Assist the Store Manager in the development of the business or recruiting programs.
