Essential Responsibilities Install, maintain and service our state‑of‑the‑art 3D metal printing systems (Laser and EBM machines), ensuring they operate at peak performance. Accurately document service requirements and manage customer cases using our advanced service CRM. Provide exceptional support and training to our customers, helping them maximize the application of our 3D metal printing systems. Conduct emergency visits and preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. Perform direct operational system checks and execute tasks within a well‑defined operations framework. Offer valuable feedback on quality deviations from machine installations and operations, contributing to continuous improvement. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Adapt your approach and demeanor in real‑time to match the shifting demands of different situations. Take accountability for the quality of your work, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Qualifications / Requirements Experience in services & field services, with the ability to handle the job’s demands. Electrical and mechanical engineering technician with a technical high‑school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in English and Italian. Available to travel extensively to support customers.
