Sole Engineer - 42m Private Motor Yacht

Sole Engineer – Permanent We are seeking an experienced Sole Engineer for a permanent role on a privately owned 42m motor yacht. Vessel: 42m private motor yacht powered by twin Caterpillar engines; Maltese flag; owned by two families. Position: Rotational (8 weeks on / 8 weeks off), starting January. Crew: 4–5 over winter, 8–9 during the season; single cabin (may be shared with deckhand during season). Major refit scheduled this winter in Livorno (location to be confirmed). Itinerary: Cyprus, Sardinia, Corsica, France, Italy (summer) / Italy (winter). Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience as a Sole Engineer, Y3 or equivalent qualification; willingness to assist on deck when required. Contract: Permanent. Salary: 6,500 EUR.
