Select appropriate dialysis methods and devices, personalizing treatment based on patient needs. Ensure high-quality patient care through appropriate therapy selection. Handle medical situations and coordinate with other healthcare facilities when necessary. Collaborate with nurses during dialysis sessions. Review reports and healthcare activities to ensure quality and compliance. Conduct assessments for patient admissions and complete necessary formalities. Maintain and update medical records. Requirements: Medical degree with specialization in nephrology. Professional registration. Knowledge of Italian; English is a plus.
