Job Description Techyon is a leader in the research and selection of senior professionals and managers in the Information Technology sector. We are looking for a BI Analyst for a solid and international industrial company. Core Responsibilities: Administration and optimization of SQL databases, with particular attention to performance, security, availability of the service, and backup strategies. Design of modular and reusable views on Microsoft Dynamics 365 tables and entities, with clear documentation of business logic and data traceability. Creation of dynamic dashboards and datasets in Power BI, applying security criteria at the row level and managing publication in dedicated workspaces. Analysis of the needs of various stakeholders and transformation into significant KPIs, coherent analytical models, and effective visualizations. Collaboration with the IT team to define and develop data architectures in Azure Synapse and/or Microsoft Fabric environments, following the lakehouse approach. Management of complex data pipelines, with attention to scheduling, performance monitoring, and data quality control. Development of semantic models in DAX, implementation of quality controls, code versioning, and data governance policies. Continuous monitoring of SLAs, operating costs, and BI system performance. Job Requirements Must Have: At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analysis. Advanced knowledge of SQL (T-SQL): complex queries, Window Functions, optimization. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its data structure. Competence in Power BI: data modeling, DAX, security, parameterization. Knowledge of the English language (B2 level required) Nice to Have: Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields. In-depth knowledge of data modeling, ELT logic, and CDC. Methodical approach to documentation and governance.
