Robotics Engineer

Role: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer Duration: 12 months Possible extensions Location: 100% Remote from Italy Language needed: English B2B Contract / P.Iva / Freelance / Contract The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UiPath, a solid understanding of web services (SOAP and REST), and proficiency in using Git for version control. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable RPA solutions aligned with the client’s digital transformation goals. Key Responsibilities - Build, test, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath to automate manual business processes. - Develop and consume SOAP and REST APIs for system integrations and data exchange between applications. - Utilize Git repositories (e.g., Bitbucket) for version control, branching, and collaborative development. - Support the deployment and maintenance of automations in production environments, ensuring stability and performance. - Maintain high-quality code and comprehensive documentation for developed automations, ensuring transparency and reusability. - Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify automation opportunities, improve existing workflows, and optimize process efficiency. Must-Have Skills - Proven experience in RPA development using UiPath, including Orchestrator management. - Strong understanding of web services (SOAP and REST) and integration principles. - Hands-on experience with Git for version control (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab). Nice-to-Have Skills - Basic proficiency in SQL for data queries and troubleshooting. Foundational knowledge of JavaScript or PowerShell scripting. - Familiarity with managing SSL certificates and secure connections. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
