Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,386 per week in Yuma, AZ

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 or 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active PT license in hand Certifications: AHA BLS Must-Have: Understanding of pathology, lab values, and interdisciplinary communication. Description: Start dates are not flexible. This position operates within a 100-mile radius rule. No more than 5 days of request time off allowed. Case types include total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis. Caseload will be 8-10 patients per day. Setting is acute inpatient. Areas covered include emergency department and medical-surgical units. Experience outside of clinicals is required. There are Physical Therapy Assistants available. Scheduling is primarily 5 days of 8 hours with flexible weekend coverage required 2-3 days per month. Alternatives may include a 4-day schedule of 10 hours (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday). Self-scheduling is not available. Holidays will rotate among staff. Scrub color required is royal blue. Cancellation policy allows for hours equivalent to the weekly guaranteed hours for the assignment. Charting system utilized is EPIC. A BSN is required for this position. This position is in a trauma level 2 care setting. The division is allied health.
