Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,386 per week in Yuma, AZ

Candidates must adhere to a 100-mile radius rule. No more than 5 days of request time-off permitted. The role involves working with case types including total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis. The caseload is 8-10 patients per day in an acute inpatient setting. Areas covered include emergency department and medical surgical units. Scheduling includes 5x8's with flexible weekend coverage of 2-3 days per month, or 4x10 shifts (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday). There is no self-scheduling available. Holidays will be rotated among staff members. The designated scrub color is royal blue. There is a cancellation policy in place that clients may exercise. The charting system used is EPIC. This position does not require a BSN. The care setting is acute. The trauma level is 2.
