Technology Support Specialist London | Full-time | Hybrid We're working with a US law firm seeking a Technology Support Specialist to join their London office. This is a hands-on role supporting hardware, software, mobile devices and AV systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with users, and keeping things running smoothly. The Role Reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll be the go-to person for deskside support, troubleshooting, and tech setup across the London office. You'll also work with colleagues across Europe, including occasional travel to Paris, and play a key role in maintaining video conferencing systems, managing inventory, and supporting mobile and remote setups. Key Responsibilities Respond to support requests via phone, email and ticketing system, logging all actions takenProvide deskside support for hardware, software and mobile devicesSet up and relocate desks, workstations and phones using Cisco toolsMaintain and troubleshoot AV and video conferencing systems (Zoom, WebEx, Teams)Manage inventory, replacing equipment as neededDiagnose technical issues and escalate where appropriateStay up to date with firm systems and suggest service improvements Experience & Skills IT support experience in a law firm environmentStrong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Citrix, VPN and legal tech toolsConfident supporting hardware, peripherals, mobile devices and AV setupsFamiliar with network protocols and wireless/wired connectivityCalm, professional and client-facing with strong communication skills This is a great opportunity to join a well-established firm and take ownership of local tech support while building relationships across the wider business.
