Role: Quantity Surveyor/Estimator Location: Magherafelt Hours: Full time (Monday Friday) Pay: Negotiable A specialist glazing contractor is seeking a motivated Estimator/QS to support business growth in aluminium curtain walling, windows, doors, and faades. The role combines estimating, client engagement, and business development, with responsibility for managing the full tendering process and driving new opportunities. Benefits: Competitive salary Private health cover Training and career development Supportive team culture Early finish Fridays The Role: Prepare estimates and BOQs using Logikal Review drawings and specifications to develop project proposals Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Manage budgets, variations, and purchase orders Contribute to sales pipeline and company growth initiatives The Requirements: Experience in aluminium glazing/curtain walling estimation (desirable) Strong knowledge of Logikal & Microsoft Office Ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings Proactive client-facing and sales approach Understanding of fabrication, workshop, and installation processes CAD experience (desirable) Call / Text / WhatsApp Office MonThurs: 8.30am5pm | Fri: 8.30am4pm Or to make it easier HIT apply or send your CV over
