Sales Manager

Sales Manager Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Manager on behalf of a leading car dealer. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving targeted results and providing exceptional service to the customer base. The Sales Manager should have a proven track record in the automotive industry, possessing creative ideas and a positive 'can-do' attitude. Responsibilities: Develop and present deals to customers following qualification. Understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations. Build rapport with customers quickly and easily. Monitor financial performance against budget and address shortfalls. Plan, forecast trends, and revise plans for the branch regularly. Foster and maintain strong working relationships with other departments. Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets. Qualify customers' demands and needs. Monitor performance, measure outcomes, and provide regular updates to directors. Manage used car stock to meet demand. Any other duties role may involve. Person Specification: Previous sales experience in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Excellent relationship-building, customer-facing, and negotiating skills. Proven track record in coaching and developing teams. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands. Numerate with experience in budgeting and forecasting. Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and Excel. Honest, respectful, with a strong sense of integrity. High levels of literacy and numeracy, including English and Math GCSE or equivalent, grade C or above. Full, valid, and clean UK Driving License. Knowledge of FCA Regulations.
