What you will do as a Regional Support Manager: This role may involve being based in one home on a short term basis whilst a permanent manager is recruited or providing support, coaching and mentorship to managers currently in post. To provide support to the operations team managing homes which may be without a permanent Home Manager, or where the existing Home Manager requires additional support or mentorship in the management and leadership of their service to ensure compliance with Care Standards and company policies & procedures.
