Company Commercial Solicitor – Poole | Hybrid Working Full time or part time considered. A well-established law firm in Poole is seeking a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse corporate and commercial matters across a wide range of industries. The broad range of corporate and commercial matters includes company formations and business start-ups, company and business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, partnership and limited liability partnership (LLP) agreements, terms and conditions and general contract advice. Key responsibilities include: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, terms and conditions and privacy policies Conducting legal research, preparing reports and supporting corporate transactions. Assisting with business development and client relationship management Candidate requirements: Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate or commercial law. Good knowledge of contract law and drafting skills Excellent research, communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Hybrid working on offer with career progression within a supportive, highly regarded team.
