Supply Chain Process Specialist Wolverhampton - Hybrid £40,000 - £45,000 An industry-leading organisation in the Wolverhampton area is looking for a Supply Chain Process Specialist to join the team at a time of transformation and change. Our clients' processes are out of date, and after introducing SAP, they are looking for a candidate to help refine and join the two together. Key responsibilities: Process Development : Design, develop, and implement supply chain processes that align with company goals and industry best practices. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Data Analysis: Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement solutions based on data-driven insights. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes. Project Management : Lead and manage supply chain projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Training and Development : Provide training and support to supply chain staff on new processes and tools. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Compliance: Ensure all supply chain processes comply with relevant regulations and standards. Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on supply chain performance.
