Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Instrument & ICSS Engineer to join a major international oil and gas project. The successful candidate will act as the technical referent for all ICSS, instrumentation, and telecom disciplines within the CPF-2 facilities package, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all ICSS, Instrumentation, and Telecom engineering activities. Manage a multidisciplinary team, providing technical expertise and mentoring. Ensure design compliance with project standards and specifications. Liaise with related engineering packages to ensure seamless integration of ICSS and telecom systems. Oversee procurement, FAT/SAT, and vendor document reviews. Support field engineering, construction supervision, and operations readiness. Promote and enforce HSE and quality objectives across all project phases. Profile: Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, or related discipline). Minimum 15 years’ experience in ICSS and Instrumentation engineering, including at least 10 years in lead roles on major upstream oil & gas projects. Strong knowledge of international codes and standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Fluent in English.
