Teaching Assistant (Level 2)

Date posted: 24 September 2025 Pay: £100.00-£110.00 per day Level 2 Teaching Assistant We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time position, working closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support to students in KS1 KS2 with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN Assist in the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities Support pupils in managing their behaviour and emotional regulation Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents/carers Contribute to the development of individual education plans (IEPs) Requirements: Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Experience working with children or young people with SEN, preferably in a primary setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young people A proactive and flexible approach to working within a team Number: 0191 486 2500 Email: Marnie.leigh@milk-education.co.uk
