Clinical Pharmacist (Salaried Role, Near Bognor Regis) An excellent GP practice close to the Bognor Regis area is looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join their welcoming, forward-thinking team. What’s on offer Competitive salary, up to Band 8a depending on experience Permanent, salaried contract with job security Flexible working patterns considered ( ideally 3 on site 1 remote ) Supportive, well-structured practice team including GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals Strong focus on development with training and mentoring opportunities The role As a Clinical Pharmacist in this practice, you will: Lead medicines optimisation across the patient population Carry out structured medication reviews, particularly for patients with long-term conditions or on complex medications Ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient prescribing Provide consultations in person, by phone, or video for medicines queries Contribute to QOF, prescribing incentive schemes, and safety audits Work closely with community pharmacies, care homes, and the wider NHS What we’re looking for GPhC registered pharmacist Primary care experience preferred (hospital or community experience also considered) Excellent communication skills with a patient-centred approach Independent Prescribing qualification desirable Why join This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive practice near the coast, with modern systems, approachable colleagues, and a genuine focus on patient care and safety.
