You’ll take the lead on a broad range of deals, including: Private M&A (buy- and sell-side) Private equity and venture capital transactions Corporate restructures and reorganisations Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general advisory work You’ll collaborate with specialists across tax, finance, employment, and real estate to deliver joined-up, commercial advice to clients ranging from scale-ups to international groups.
