The Role As Territory Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a thriving North West region, driving sales of premium implant systems across NHS and private dental practices. Key responsibilities include: Building and managing relationships with dental practices, clinicians, and labs Identifying and converting new business opportunities Delivering product training, demonstrations, and clinical support Collaborating with marketing and product teams to drive brand visibility Achieving and exceeding regional sales targets This is a consultative field role with full autonomy, where your technical credibility and commercial drive will be key to success. Candidate Profile We’re looking for a driven, technically minded sales professional with a proven track record in field sales. Ideal background: 3–5 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, dental, or other technical sectors Strong influencing and relationship-building skills Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and well-organised Comfortable explaining complex concepts and engaging clinicians Full UK driving licence Experience in dental implants or medical devices is highly desirable, but candidates from other technical sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
