You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues and a Head of Department who’s been with the firm for nearly 20 years, someone who leads with both expertise and approachability. The Role You’ll handle a broad range of residential property transactions, including: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties Re-mortgages and transfers of equity (Desirable) New build and shared ownership matters Drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting searches, and ensuring smooth completions Liaising with clients and third parties while maintaining the firm’s strong reputation for service and professionalism The team is well structured, with systems and support in place so you can focus on delivering a quality service rather than fighting admin fires.
