What You’ll Be Doing Leading and coaching a national team of Business Development Managers to hit ambitious new business targets. Driving acquisition of B2B fleet customers (100 vehicles) across Cars, LCVs, HGVs and specialist vehicles. Embedding best-in-class sales methodologies and ensuring pipeline discipline through CRM excellence. Shaping strategic sales plans and supporting major pitches with senior decision-makers. What You’ll Need to Bring Proven success leading B2B sales teams in fleet, automotive, leasing or related sectors. A track record of delivering new business growth and managing multi-million-pound pipelines. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with commercial acumen and board-level gravitas. Expertise in sales strategy, performance management and stakeholder engagement.
