Job Description
Compliance Manager – Intapp Specialist We are working with a leading international law firm that is seeking a Compliance Manager to take ownership of their Intapp platform and related compliance tools. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the way the firm manages client onboarding, conflicts, and wider compliance processes during an exciting phase of systems development and transformation. The Role As Compliance Manager, you will support the Head of New Business Intake on a range of projects, with a focus on the ongoing maintenance and development of Intapp Intake, Intapp Walls, and other integrated compliance platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will act as subject matter expert for Intapp, working closely with Compliance, IT, Finance Systems, and external vendors to ensure the firm’s systems evolve to meet both regulatory and internal business requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage the development, configuration, and maintenance of Intapp Intake, Walls, and related tools. Act as Compliance’s representative in project meetings with stakeholders and vendors. Support data extraction, reporting, and analysis (Intapp/Microsoft Reporting Services). Assist with data validation and quality checks across onboarding and compliance systems. Lead and participate in system design workshops, UAT, and post-implementation reviews. Provide training, write manuals, and create guidance documents for new system functionality. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive enhancements. Support continuous improvement and change management across compliance processes. Skills & Experience 2 years’ experience within a compliance / business acceptance function at a law firm. Strong hands-on experience with Intapp Intake and Conflicts (additional Intapp modules such as Walls or Terms advantageous). Knowledge of AML/Client Due Diligence, sanctions screening, and client onboarding workflows. Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office and reporting tools; confident with system data extraction and analysis. Experience contributing to change or system improvement projects. Ability to train and support colleagues in new system processes. Exposure to tools such as WorldCheck, Orbis, or iManage (desirable but not essential). Personal Qualities Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
