What you will do as a Deputy Nurse Manager: Achieve the highest possible standards of care to enhance the resident experience by ensuring colleagues meet the individual needs of residents in accordance with company policy, regulations and Codes of Conduct and individual care plans. To implement care home policies formulated directed towards high standards of resident care, staff welfare and training, and ensure the good reputation of the business in co-operation with the Home Manager. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care of residents. Ensure treatments are carried out as prescribed. As an experienced Senior Nurse you may be ready to step up into your next role.
