What you will do as a Nurse Manager: Authorise the purchase of equipment and its maintenance or replacement, required for the day-to-day operation of services within the agreed budgets; Establish a collaborative, open and honest culture in which all team members have the opportunity to thrive. Undertake pro-active occupancy planning, developing strategies to maximise occupancy and pricing levels. Review and maintain all records required by the Company in line with Information Governance and under Care Standards.
